If you would like to commission me, I use cashapp, I will also accept Amazon gift cards.
For further communication, you may contact me via email or Discord. I much prefer Discord since I use it often, so if you choose to email me, it may take a while for me to see it.

By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service. If these are broken or you otherwise make me uncomfortable, you may be blacklisted from future commissions and/or blocked.

copyright

  • I have full rights to the artwork. You may not claim it as your own.

  • ››You may not redistribute my artwork in any way (this includes adopts).

  • If reposted, my watermark must be intact and unaltered.

  • Do not alter the artwork without my permission.

  • ››If cropped and the watermark is no longer visible, I must be credited.

  • You may not trace my artwork whatsoever.

  • ››May be used as reference if there is a distinguishable difference.

  • My art must not be used for AI or NFT purposes.

payment

  • 2 payments will be made; half before the artwork is begun, and the other half when it is completed.

  • If the commission is canceled either by the artist or client a refund will be given.

  • ››A 90% refund will be given during the lineart stage, a 50% refund during the coloring stage, and a 20% refund during the shading stage. No refund will be given after the artwork is complete.

  • I currently use cashapp or Amazon gift cards.

  • ››In the case that you pay with Amazon gift cards, I can send you a card with the calculated amount as refund. Otherwise, I cannot refund you.

communication

  • We may either communicate via email or Discord (preferred). They are linked in the Home page.

  • A reference of the character(s) must be provided, along with a pose reference and background reference (if applicable).

  • ››Important visual information must be provided as well if the reference is not clear, you are using a doll maker/avatar creator, or a half body image as a reference.

  • ››Personality details would be appreciated so I can accurately depict the character.

  • If there is a delay in artwork progress, I will tell you.

  • If you do not want me to post the artwork, you must tell me when you order.

  • My art style may not accurately match the style of the media if it is fanart.

  • I have every right to deny a request if I am uncomfortable with it or if it is too demanding.

process

  • WIPs will be sent during each stage (lineart, coloring, shading). Revisions guidelines are listed below.

  • ››I will send you the lineart before continuing to the next stage. Major revisions must be requested during this time. If you fail to communicate this, that is on you.

  • ››Maximum of 3 revisions, please.

  • ››››Errors that I have made in the character design will not count towards the maximum amount of revisions.
